WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We know how special it is to purchase a piece of art! It is our utmost priority for you to be completely happy with your selection and purchase. Every inquiry and order is handled with extreme care, and as much accuracy and clarity as possible. Sales are final, so before you reach for the Pay Now button, please contact us with any questions or concerns (no matter how big or small, no matter how many you may have) via email: hello@rosievillageceramics.com. But please let us know as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help! 

SHIPPING


HOW WILL MY ART BE PACKAGED?
Ceramic art is especially fragile. We go above and beyond to properly and securely package each piece of art so that it arrives undamaged, and we ask that you handle your new artwork with extreme care when opening the package, taking it out of the box, handling and displaying it. 

All sculptural work is wrapped in layers of repurposed or eco-friendly bubble wrap or cushion. The wrapped piece is then placed inside of a sturdy cardboard box that has been filled on all sides with biodegradable packing peanuts (they’re made from cornstarch!). The wrapped piece “floats” securely in the pool of packing peanuts.

In some cases, for fragile sculptural work, this box will then be placed inside of a larger extra-thick and sturdy cardboard box, surrounded on all sides by more packing peanuts.

Extra-fragile pieces will be placed inside of an interior box that has been fortified with bracing.

All boxes are clearly marked fragile.

 

HOW WILL MY ART BE SHIPPED?
Most orders will ship via UPS or USPS, and includes tracking, insurance and in some cases, signature-required delivery confirmation.

Most packages arrive within 3-5 days from the time it ships. To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely to you, we recommend requesting signature confirmation. Which means you (or someone trusted in your place) will need to sign for your package. You will be given a tracking number ahead of time so that you can keep up with the package’s journey as it makes its way to you.

Please sign up with the shipping service for real-time updates and day of delivery “on-the-truck” tracking to ensure you are kept in the loop throughout the process. 

NOTE: If you have requested signature confirmation and miss the attempted delivery, you must personally contact the shipping service directly. 

WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY ORDER DURING SHIPMENT?
Unfortunately, we do not have control over what happens to your package after it leaves the Rosie Village studio and cannot be responsible for any theft, damage or mishandling caused during the shipping process, attempted delivery, or after your package arrives. If something goes awry during the shipping or delivery process, please contact the shipping company directly. All purchases are insured and you’ll need to have your tracking number on hand. CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK IN PERSON?  
At this time, we do not have studio pickup availability. However for buyers in the metro Atlanta area, we offer complimentary delivery from our studio doors to yours (within a 35 mile radius of the city center). Your purchase will be hand-delivered to the address indicated on your order. Please contact us if you need help coordinating a local delivery at hello@rosievillageceramics.com
